Yungdrung Bön Dzogchen Retreat in Umbria with Khenpo Gelek Jinpa

Khenpo Gelek Jinpa, abbot of the bönpo monastery of Shenten Dargye Ling in France, will transmit the third cycle of Dzogchen practices of Yungdrung Bön, concerning the stabilization and integration of the Natural State (trekchö) with a special attention to sky gazing (namkha arté).

 

During the retreat, the teachings will be delivered and transmitted according to the Gyalwa Chaktri text. Written by the Tibetan scholar and monk Dru Gyalwa Yundrung (1242-1290), this text is one of the most well-known and widespread practice manuals of the Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyu tradition.
